If you are a teacher, then you know how frustrating it is to feel tired not only after work but also after you have had some rest or even sleep.
And instead of waking up recharged and ready to spend your weekend actively, you feel like lying down in bed.
Time is limited. More so, a big chunk of it we spend on work. Therefore once our day off comes round, we want to make the most of it, don’t we?
Bear with me, you’re about to discover a game-changer very soon.
Usually, when I walk all day long and come home in the evening, I feel extremely tired. Especially if in between I worked on my laptop or phone.
However, a few days ago when I got back home, I realized that I wasn’t really feeling exhausted, even though it was a normal working day. It felt like I had enough energy to do more than planned. And I wonder why that was?
And then I remembered: that day I did something different. Interestingly, this is something you would expect to make you even more tired. Yet to my amazement it was the other way round – I felt refreshed and empowered.
And you will either If you do the thing I’m about to share with you in the next paragraph.
So, what was the thing I did that day?
I ran. I had to run a few times.
And in total it was like a 30-minute jog.
So, the secret is an intense workout.
However, just walking or hiking doesn’t count as I’ve noticed. Yet jogging does.
I’ve heard about this before but just believing something and having direct experience are totally different things.
So, to sum up,
-To feel energetic, do an intense workout (running to the nearest McDonald’s and back doesn’t count).
-Go for direct experience. Don’t just believe something. Prove (or disprove) it for yourself.
If you believe that Earth is flat, don’t just assume that it is, try to verify it for yourself. And maybe what you will see is that Earth is not flat, maybe what you will discover is that Earth is an apartment.
Have a laughly day.
