How to Make a Healthy and Tasty Sesame Smoothie

It’s just so happened that recently I’ve come up with a recipe for a delicious sesame smoothie. When I wanted to make a smoothie out of just a banana and quark, I realised that I had run out of plant milk. Once in the same situation, I just added some bottled water but the smoothie didn’t taste really good as a result. But then it occurred to me that I could add some whey left from the quark and also some sesame urbech. I had no idea what it would eventually taste like, but I decided to give it a go. And actually, it turned out that it tastes amazing (as for me). Here’s the recipe. Hope it will taste for you likewise.

Sesame Smoothie Recipe:

1 banana

Quark (organic) – 100 gr

Sesame urbech – 1 tablespoon

Plant milk  – 150 ml

Then mix those in your blender and there you have it.

Alternatively, you can make the smoothie without quark if you wish.
